2. Eligibility
•Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
•Parents/guardians must provide consent for students under 18 years of age.
•Admission is subject to verification of documents and seat availability.
3. Registration & Fees
•Course fees must be paid in full (or as per installment agreement) before attending classes.
•All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under exceptional cases at the sole discretion of the management.
•Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of admission.
4. Use of Website & Content
•All study material, lectures, notes, videos, and online content are the intellectual property of Brilliant Coaching.
•Students and users may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without prior written permission.
•Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
5. Code of Conduct
Students enrolled with Brilliant Coaching are expected to:
•Maintain discipline and follow instructions of faculty/staff.
•Avoid disruptive behavior inside classrooms or online sessions.
•Refrain from cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of institute resources.
The management reserves the right to expel students violating the Code of Conduct without refund.
6. Online Classes & Technical Use
•Students must have proper internet connectivity and devices for online classes.
•Recording, sharing, or misusing online lectures is strictly prohibited.
•Brilliant Coaching is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
•We make every effort to provide quality education and accurate information. However, we do not guarantee any specific exam results or rankings.
•Brilliant Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Courses & Policies
•We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any course, faculty, or service without prior notice.
•Updates to these Terms & Conditions will be posted on the website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
